Upon receiving your item(s) you will have 24 hrs to contact our customer service email ([email protected]) or contact us through any of our social media inboxes to report any issues with your items. After 24 hrs of receiving your item(s) you will be unable to return them. 

The return of your items will be up to the companies discretion on whether or not a refund will be issued. Any returned item torn or worn will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued.
